Is this a subscription?

No, this is not a subscription.

How often are the bundles released?
The bundles will be released on a quarterly basis. Please subscribe for our text and emails to receive updates on new releases.

Payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and store credit via My Favorite Vendor E-Gift Cards.

Do you have a size guide?
The sizing of each product varies. Please refer to the description of the product for details on fit and sizing. Please see our size charts here.

I'm in love with an item, but it is out of stock. What do I do?
If an item is out of stock, simply go to the item, select your size and enter your email address. You will be notified when the item has been restocked.

Can I cancel my order?
All orders are automatically processed through our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment. During this process we incur irreversible fees through our merchant processor. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours from when payment is processed, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee before credit is issued. Shipped orders are not eligible cancellation.

How much does shipping cost?
For the first ever sisterhood bundle, shipping is free!! 

How long will it take for me to receive my items?
All bundle items are on pre-order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated to deliver within 2-5 business days. This is the In-Transit time only and does not include the processing time.

How do I know when my order has shipped? 
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has fully processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain tracking details for the package. You will receive an additional email once your item(s) have been delivered.

Do you ship internationally?
We provide international shipping for any APO address.

What carrier is used for shipping?
All orders are typically shipped via Fedex 2 Day, USPS using priority or flat rate mail.

Do you refund shipping fees? 
All shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any form of store credit issued.

Can I exchange an item(s)?
My Favorite Vendor will gladly offer store credit for the return of any regularly priced merchandise. All Sale items are final! We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Process and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.

How long does the Return Process take? 
Once your return is received and processed, we will issue you a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price minus our $9.95 restocking fee.

Do you provide return shipping labels? 
We provide prepaid return shipping labels. However, you will be responsible for covering the  shipping costs to return your item(s).

**This includes the shipping cost to return the item(s) to the return address, as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new items.

It's been over 30 days. Can I still return my order?
My Favorite Vendor requires items to be returned within 15 days of receipt of the item(s). Any items returned after 30 days of the delivery date
are not eligible for any type of refund.
